Pepper joined 360 Talent fairly early on and is considered an integral founding member of the firm. Although he has not yet successfully recruited anyone, his contributions are in the form of making the team laugh and barking excessively at the delivery people every day.

Outside of work, Pepper can be found hanging out with Mom and Dad and chasing squirrels and chipmunks in the backyard. In the summer of 2022, Pepper lost his left eye due to a genetic disease affecting his breed (ShitZhu), but has not been discouraged at work and has begun working on his memoir, “My life as a corporate mascot”.
