In 2000, Chris launched his HR and recruiting career with Adecco, where he quickly discovered a passion for working with clients to address their hiring needs. His natural aptitude for the role became evident as, by his second year, he was managing four recruiting teams and two client-embedded teams, successfully facilitating hires across various disciplines and industries. Chris specialized in helping small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) find and retain talent, implement sound HR practices, and establish a foundation for sustainable growth.
Over the past 24 years, Chris has held global recruiting leadership positions at Adecco, Asset Recruiting, The Intersect Group, SunTrust Bank, Southern Company, Cox Enterprises, Manhattan Associates, and North Highland Consulting.
In early 2021, Chris returned to his roots, founding 360 Talent—a consulting practice dedicated to delivering exceptional HR and recruiting solutions for SMBs.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Amanda, and their Shih Tzu, Pepper. Whether they’re traveling, visiting their children at college, or binge-watching their favorite shows, they cherish these moments together.
In his role as Managing Partner, Chris not only oversees delivery and ensures exceptional service for our clients but also drives innovation and strategic thinking. He is the go-to person for insights on recruiting, advancements in AI and technology, hiking, and photography. Additionally, Chris is deeply committed to advancing mental health initiatives in the workplace.
