As a young girl growing up in rural Georgia, Amanda played “business” with her friends on the playground and was always destined to accomplish great things!

Always a hard worker, Amanda began her career in Atlanta in the mortgage and real estate industry before transitioning her skills to a successful career in recruiting.  Although she was very good at connecting with candidates and clients, her passion was in technology and, more specifically, product management and development, and took a role with First Data in 2012 as a Product Manager helping develop technology products and services for the FinTech space.  

Amanda realized very quickly that she connected well with her technology peers and was good at bringing distributed teams together to build great products.  Within a few short years, Amanda was given the responsibility of running a multi-million dollar business unit within First Data and had a team of 30+ talented individuals from around the world.  

After the merger with Fiserv, Amanda took a leadership position with Paya, a pre-IPO fintech company, and helped get their product function ready for their upcoming IPO.  After the company went public in late 2019, Amanda stayed on at Paya to help expand the organization’s product commercialization efforts.  At the end of 2021, she left the organization to help accelerate the growth at 360 Talent.
