Solutions Consultant

360 Talent is growing our Talent Community and looking for a Solutions Consultant.  Assist the sales team in communicating and demonstrating the value of Fulfillment and Omnichannel Solutions. Build working knowledge of WMS , TMS & OMS technology through sales calls, discovery sessions, discuss application of system offerings and programming interfaces to support projects and leading proof of concepts to successful outcomes. Support post-sales transition activities including deal transition to implementation teams. Support the generation or growth of revenue within existing and new accounts and ensuring the integrity of design of custom solutions as sold. Conduct discovery sessions, construct internal solutioning with all applicable teams, provide parallel action plans with engineering and author Statements of Work (SOWs) based on standard templates. Serve as trusted advisor to customers and prospects through the sales process. Represent the subject matter expert for integrating solutions to client applications.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales Executives to develop and implement strategies and solutions to meet customer fulfillment and technology solution requirements using Radial systems and services.
  • Understand the business value of Radial technology and solutions and convey that value to prospects and customers.
  • Support technology qualification assessment to determine solution feasibility using facilitation techniques and collaborative methods.
  • Identify mitigating deal risks from opportunity qualification through negotiation process.
  • Create and deliver solution presentations and product/service training leveraging Radial technologies.
  • Expand the prospect’s/customer’s vision through product demonstrations
  • Seek opportunities to win customer business through innovation.
  • Elicit, identify, document and prioritize customer business requirements looking across business, technical, regulatory and implementation requirements in “as is” and “to be” states.
  • Identify solution gaps and work to resolve them in conjunction with Radial internal resources.
  • Record, communicate and track product feature requests with applicable teams.
  • Broker discussions with Product Management and internal implementation teams to solve for gaps through Product roadmap updates or customized solutions.
  • Facilitate project scoping and provide key input to the scoping exercise.
  • Represent and advocate as the voice of the customer to internal teams
  • Work with Sales Analysts to provide solution responses in the technical sections of RFIs/RFPs.
  • Assist in the maintaining and updating of technical responses in RFP repository.
  • Lead in scoping, preparing, implementing and reviewing proof of concepts as necessary with greater sales team, operations, WMS, TMS, integrations, and other internal teams post deal to transition documentation and solution profile for production implementation.
  • Provide post-sales support, as needed
  • Support and manage Proof of Concepts Support internal team as well as alliance partners
  • Requirements
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in ecommerce B2C fulfillment, warehouse/operations management, omnichannel operations.
    • Understanding of standard fulfillment integrations with WMS.
    • Understanding of EDI file types, SFTP delivery methods and API interfaces.
    • Ability to gather client requirements, solution all technical and service related needs to become eventual Statement of Work.
    • Experience in project management coordinating with varying departments.
    • Call Center Operations a plus
    • Ability to work from a home office
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
    • 20+% travel expected

    Skills

    • Strong presentation skills and ability to present business solutions to senior executives as well as present technology to customer/prospect IT personnel.
    • Strong solutioning skills when non-standard applications will not conform to customer/prospect requirements.
    • Clear ability to hear the requirements and potential wants of the customer/prospect and speak confidently of a solution.
    • Ability to present architectures (“deep dive”) to senior level technical personnel using a whiteboard or PowerPoint
    • Exposure to WMS/ OMS Applications such as Sterling, Manhattan, Oracle Netsuite, Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other similar applications.
    • Project Management Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams
