Title Specialist
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Document Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing large volumes of paperwork, ensuring accurate matching and alignment with extensive Excel files, and overseeing document control processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for data analysis, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Handle and organize large quantities of documents, ensuring that all paperwork is accurately recorded, tracked, and filed in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements.
- Data Matching and Analysis: Perform data matching and reconciliation tasks using Excel and other data management tools. Ensure that all data entries are accurate, consistent, and aligned with large data sets.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement in document handling, data management, and overall workflow efficiency. Implement best practices to enhance accuracy and reduce redundancy.
- Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Ensure that all documentation processes comply with relevant regulations and company standards. Proactively identify potential risks in document handling and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular reports on document status, data accuracy, and compliance metrics. Prepare documentation for audits and reviews as required.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional team members to understand their documentation needs, provide support in data analysis, and ensure seamless communication and information flow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in document control, data management, or a similar role involving large volumes of paperwork and data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Familiarity with document control software and other data management tools is a plus.
