We build, operate, and advance through information technology and our expertise. Over the years, we have handled hundreds of thousands of vehicle registrations across the state.

Role Overview:

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our operations to ensure the highest level of service quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. You will work closely with our team to drive business growth, streamline processes, and uphold our reputation as a leader in the automotive services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff management, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
